Prerequisites: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent, 18 years old
Course cost: includes certification fee: £395 per person for a scheduled course (limited to 2 participants per instructor)
For private courses scheduled to your requirements, £495 per person for 1 person, £475 per person for 2 people (course limited to 2 participants per instructor)
Course description: This course covers the techniques for diving under ice, including the planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of ice diving; site selection, preparation and hole cutting procedures; special equipment, safety lines, signals, communications, line tending and line-securing techniques; effects of cold, emergency procedures and safety-diver procedures.
