First Aid skills are skills that everyone should have and keep refreshed in the hope that we never need to use them. The First Aid courses we offer are First Response International courses, which are recognised worldwide. The courses are not diving specific, however we can introduce some hints and tips for divers if appropriate.
First Aid Courses
The First Aid courses we offer at Purple Turtle Diving include:
- Adult, Child and Infant Emergency Care Course: this course teaches you the foundations of being able to help others in the unfortunate event of an accident, injury or illness and how to sustain life until the Emergency Services arrive. This course includes the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). This course is not diving related.
- Oxygen Administration: this course is diver specific and teaches you about the use of emergency oxygen for diving related illnesses.
Course costs
Course costs include all materials required for the course.
