Course duration: Two days
Prerequisites: 18 years old (15 with parental consent), SDI Open Water Diver or equivalent, 25 dives, complete the RSTC medical form
Course cost (includes instruction, manual and certification costs): £300 per participant. Not included are site entry, equipment hire and gas.
Course description: This two day course is an introductory course that expands on recreational training by improving dive planning methods, in-water skills such as advanced buoyancy and situational awareness, and streamlining existing gear configurations in a controlled and fun learning environment, while wearing technical twinset configuration. You learn about proper gear selection and preparation, buddy gas matching, mastery of S.T.A.R.T, trim, finning techniques and body position.
Course scheduling: The TDI Intro To Tec course can be scheduled over any two days where we are at a dive site, such as Wraysbury, the National Diving and Activity Centre, Vobster or Divers Cove.
